What does the accompaniment involve?

My therapeutic philosophy and transpersonal therapy sessions are informed by transpersonal psychology, Jungian psychology, and practical philosophy, in dialogue with Eastern traditions such as Theravāda Buddhism.

The therapeutic work aims to support the integration of the various dimensions of the self, the recognition of patterns that organize one’s experience, and the development of greater awareness of the ways one inhabits their own life.

This accompaniment offers a space for listening, reflection, processing of experiences, and exploration of diverse philosophies and meditation techniques, oriented toward expanding self-understanding in order to heal and transform.

About me

My name is Camila Zanichelli. I am a transpersonal therapist and a philosophy graduate and teacher from Argentina. Since 2023, I have accompanied people through processes of self-knowledge and inner transformation, attending to the questions, experiences, and challenges that unfold throughout life.

I work with practices that invite deep observation and understanding of one’s own mind, such as Vipassana meditation, dream analysis, regressions, alchemical meditations, and mindfulness. This approach also includes spaces for reflection that may draw on literary and philosophical texts and films, to open up new experiences and ways of thinking about life.

The choice of tools is always guided by each person’s unique search, as I conceive every therapeutic process as singular and unrepeatable.

Therapeutic Approach

My practice is guided by an integrative approach to reflective and therapeutic accompaniment, bringing together philosophical counseling with Jungian, Buddhist, and transpersonal psychology. This approach understands distress, life crises, and experiences of expanded consciousness as meaningful expressions of processes of subjective transformation, in which both structures of meaning and conscious and unconscious psychic dynamics are at play.

The work is grounded in dialogue, conceptual clarification, various meditation techniques, and attentiveness to embodied experience and its symbolic manifestations, accompanying processes of integration and healing. Its aim is to foster a more lucid and situated understanding of one’s own experience, one that allows for a reconfiguration of the way one inhabits the world, enabling coherence between lived experience, deep self-knowledge, and the way one lives.

Who is this space for?

For people going through life crises, processes of meaning-seeking, spiritual transformations, or persistent existential questions, as well as for those who wish to deepen their self-knowledge from multiple philosophical perspectives. This work invites an active engagement with the process of transformation that every life encounters at certain moments.

Working Together

Individual sessions can be taken as one-offs to explore a specific topic or inquiry. However, for sustained and in-depth accompaniment, it is recommended to hold sessions weekly or every two weeks, according to each person’s pace and needs.
