About me

On a personal level, I have been practicing Vipassana meditation since 2017, maintaining a daily practice and attending at least one intensive retreat each year. This path has been central to developing a deeper understanding of myself and cultivating a more attentive relationship with my emotional experience.

At the age of 18, I had my first encounter with sacred plants, which opened an ongoing exploration of expanded states of consciousness and contemplative practices that continue to support both my personal and professional development.

For several years, I engaged in a therapeutic process with a Lacanian psychoanalyst, and I currently continue my inner work with a transpersonal psychologist. These experiences have deeply shaped my understanding of psychological processes and form an essential part of my path.

Since 2023, I have been accompanying individuals in processes of self-inquiry and inner transformation. Alongside this, since 2016, I have taught philosophy in secondary schools in vulnerable contexts, worked with women deprived of liberty, and coordinated educational projects that integrate philosophical reflection.

I have facilitated workshops on philosophy, therapeutic writing, philosophical tarot, and meditation in diverse settings, bringing together education, personal inquiry, and inner development.

Since childhood, I have maintained a strong connection with artistic creation. Music and writing have been, for me, essential paths of expression, integration, and transformation.
